We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service:

  • Features accessed and frequency of use
  • Call durations and metadata (not call content)
  • Message timestamps and delivery status (not message content)
  • File types and sizes uploaded (not file contents)
  • Search queries within the platform
  • Error logs and performance data

1.3 Device Information

We collect information about the devices you use to access CrystalQore:

  • Device type, operating system, and version
  • Browser type and version
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Unique device identifiers
  • Screen resolution and language preferences

3.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), transactional email delivery (SendGrid), cloud infrastructure (AWS), and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to perform the services we have engaged them for.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation or valid court order; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; (c) prevent fraud or investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to:

  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it. Communication logs and metadata associated with your organization may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

CrystalQore is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@clearconverse.com so we can take appropriate action.

8. International Data Transfers

ClearConverse is based in the United States. If you access CrystalQore from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our servers or service providers are located.

We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
  • Data Processing Agreements with all sub-processors
  • Regular assessments of the data protection practices of third-party recipients

10. Third-Party Services

CrystalQore may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.

Our use of third-party services includes but is not limited to: cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, email delivery services, and analytics platforms. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
  • Notify you via email if we have your email address on file
  • Display a prominent notice within the Service for at least 30 days

Your continued use of CrystalQore after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
